feloSOPHIE gathered Adriana from Adriana Yoga and Kit from sitsat to collectively invite you to a morning of yoga and meditation.
Dedicate two hours of your Saturday Morning to yourself, focusing on bodymind positivity and loving the skin you are in.
As females, often times we have a nurturing nature and put family, friends, and others before ourselves. But, to take care of others, you have to take care of yourself first. This is the time to receive the love you have for yourself.
Adriana will lead us in an empowering heart-opening movement practice, bringing us to a space of self-surrender, to connect and nourish our authentic self.
Then flowing from movement to stillness, Kit from sitsat, will bring us to a grounding meditation practice, encouraging self-awareness and self-worth.
Self Love Saturday is a ritual for every female in Hong Kong.

G/F, 5 Leung I Fong, Sai Ying Pun, Hong Kong
Being a mom of 3 boys she realized she had to make time to stay fit and healthy, so she decided to try yoga 5 years ago and she fell in love with it. Yoga has helped a lot to ease her lower back pain problems from pregnancies. She continued pursuing her passion for yoga by joining a teacher training course, and finished the 200-hrs of Yoga Teacher Training Course at Anahata in July 2017 and started teaching right after. She loves sharing her passion in yoga with others, and she believes yoga is NOT about being able to do complicated/advanced asanas, but it's actually all about getting on your mat, connecting your breathing and finding that stillness in your mind.
Kit is a certified McLean Meditation Institute Meditation & Mindfulness teacher, Singing Bowl Practitioner, and a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher.
She found meditation when she tried to reclaim her well-being from working for over a decade in the demanding corporate world. Having experienced the benefits, she believes everybody can develop the skill to tune in to his or her true self, recover their emotional balance, and flow with modern day challenges.
Kit set up sitsat (www.sitsathk.com) with the mission to demystify meditation, make it more accessible, and approach mindfulness in a scientific way.
