Stretch & Sculpt is a total body workout focused on creating long and lean muscles. Every class includes a warm-up, a series of leg-arm-core exercises, plus extended stretching for optimal muscle recovery. This class uses a variety of small props and body weight exercises to tighten, tone and sculpt your body, and you will leave our studio feeling confident and energised.

Born and raised in Canada, Chelsea’s love for dance and movement started at an early age. After travelling the world dancing professionally for 10 years, her passion for health, exercise and a balanced lifestyle led her into a career as a full-time fitness instructor.
Certified in Xtend Barre®, TRX®, HIIT, Rebound Fitness and Trigger-Point Foam Rolling, Chelsea brings energy and enthusiasm to every class she teaches.
