Yin Yang Yoga is a practice that blends the Yin (softening) and Yang (strengthening) elements together to improve the state of balance between the body and mind. In this class, you will practise poses that strengthen your muscles and improve your stability, combined with long held deep stretches to cultivate a focused and meditative mind. It is a perfect way for anyone who need to alleviate stress and cultivate mindfulness in their daily lives.

About Ling:

Ling has been a yoga enthusiast since 2009 when she started practicing with dedicated teachers from Canada, Malaysia and Hong Kong, and exploring different styles and methods of teaching.

Ling’s class combines various styles of Yoga with an emphasis of alignment, breathing and body consciousness, empowering her students to find health, peace and happiness within.
