How much does Hong Kong delivery cost?
Delivery is free within Hong Kong for all orders. Please refer to Delivery/Shipping for more details.

Do you deliver worldwide?
Please stay tuned. We will be expanding our geographic coverage early 2017.

What payment methods does SheCollective.hk accept?
We accept payment via MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Apple Pay and PayPal.

Is it safe to purchase online from SheCollective.hk?
Yes. Your purchase details are safe with us! All card information is encrypted and we do not store any credit card details nor do we share your personal information with any third party. However, if you are still concerned about placing your order, please contact hello@shecollective.hk and we can discuss an alternative method to place your order.

What is your returns and exchanges policy?
Unfortunately we do not offer returns or refunds, however we do have a one-time exchange policy.
