Prana Flow is a dynamic and beautiful practice, combining Vinyasa and Meditation. It focuses on flowing the body along with breathing, transitioning to different poses with ease and grace. Yogic breathing and concentration exercises are included in the practice to bring students to a meditative state, or a dynamic meditation through the movement. This 60-minute class allows students to experience the fluidity in body, unite the body and mind to the present moment, enjoy peace and natural happiness.

Ling has been a yoga enthusiast since 2009 when she started practicing with dedicated teachers from Canada, Malaysia and Hong Kong, and exploring different styles and methods of teaching.
Ling’s class combines various styles of Yoga with an emphasis of alignment, breathing and body consciousness, empowering her students to find health, peace and happiness within.
